Evi started riding at the age of 3 and climbed on her first big warmblood horse at 6. She started her formal training at the Riding School of Rhupolding when she was 11.
Now 36, the German born Evi moved to Canada in 1988 where she was employed at the Knight & Dawn Stables in Quebec.
Evi together with her temperamental mare Lavina, became a member of the Canadian Equestrian Team in 1994. They represented Canada at the World Cup in Los Angeles in 1995. Evi also competed at the Olympic Games in Atlanta in 1996 and finished 4th in the 2000 World Championships for young horses.
Evi married TV-Producer Murray Shostak in 1994 and together they founded Good Tyme stables in St Adele, Quebec.
Strasser currently has 6 very talented horses that she trains and competes with. She trains all of her horses to Grand Prix herself. Highfliers of the team are Justin Tyme, Pryme Tyme and Quantum Tyme, whom she recently placed 3rd with at the Rolex World Cup Finals in Las Vegas.
Mette Rosencrantz
Mette offers an unparalleled Dressage program at Mill Creek Equestrian Center in Topanga, California, where she has been based since 1992. Mette is from Sweden where she was twice a member of the Swedish National Dressage Team. She was the youngest rider ever allowed to enter Stromsolm, Sweden’s prestigious school for instructors, and eventually became the head dressage instructor there in 1980. She also has a University degree in Physical Education instruction. Mette’s teaching skills are highly sought-after; top Dressage riders from across Southern California often trailer their horses to Mill Creek just to take lessons with her. Mette’s expertise is also in great demand across the country, so she is often invited to teach Dressage Clinics at other riding facilities throughout the United States.
Mette won 1st place with "Basquewille", in the 2007 FEI $25,000 Grand Prix at the World Cup in Las Vegas and placed 3rd in the nation in the 5 year old young horse division with "Donnatello" in 2007. Mette is a very successful competitor and does very well with all her horses!
Margaret Mollet Eggli
Born Swiss but now resides in Spain.
From age 14 to 18, Margaret was a member of the Swiss Junior Show Jumping Team. She won a gold medal at the European Championships as well as a Silver and several more medals. At the age of 23 she got married and moved to Spain where she now resides with her husband and 2 children.
Margaret competes both national and international.
She has 2 Spanish Champion Gold Medals, is a 4 time Champion of Cataluña and has 3 silver medals in the Catalonia Championships. Further she just recently got a bronze medal in the Spanish Championships. Margaret and her husband have a training facility in Spain and trains and sell horses to top level show jumpers around the world.
Christine Rivlin
Christine has been riding for 30 years with an emphasis on dressage for the last 20. She grew up with horses competing at eventing and some show jumping. Her foundation dressage background includes training for over 8 years with Lilo Fore, several years with Gerhard Politz and Major Anders Lindgren. More recently Christine has studied under Steffen Peters, Leslie Webb and Roger Seegert. She has also participated in clinics with such people as Guenter Seidel, Christine Stuckelberger, Conrad Schumacher, Lars Petersen.
Christine has trained eight horses to the F.E.I. levels, including her own previous mount Bravo to the Grand Prix level. She has earned her USDF Bronze, Silver and Gold medals. Christine has competed over 30 horses through various levels in the past 18 years as a professional. She has won numerous horse of the year awards at various levels from USDF and CDS. Currently she is competing 7 horses throughout the levels. Christine also has students competing through the Prix St. George level with many awards and scores well over 70%.
Christine has also been invited to participate in events such as the USDF symposium with Steffen Peters and Elizabeth McMullen in 1998, the 1999 AHSA judges Forum, the 2001 and 2002 USDF Trainers Conference with Conrad Schumacher and the 2004 Lars Petersen clinic. She has also been invited to be an auction rider at the prestigious Elite Verden auction in Germany.
Ellie Kennedy
Ellie Kennedy has completed the USDF Instructor Certification workshops, studied in Germany with Stefen Kieswetter and has shown through Second Level. In 2003 Ellie competed as an amateur on her gelding La Paz and placed 5th for CDS Horse of the Year Training Level with 67.20% and 3rd for the ABIG Training Level Championships. Ellie has also competed her Hanoverian mare Pik's Pandora and placed 1st in 2001 as ABIG Training Level Adult Amateur.
